Can i come and pick up the items at your office ?
No. We are working with several warehouses and ship directly to the destination. Orders must be made through our website.

How much are the shipping costs ?
For orders over 300CHF, the delivery is FREE !
Under 300CHF: +17CHF shipment fees.

When will i receive the items ?
If the item you ordered is available, you will get it within 24/48 hours (orders must be made before 4pm) during working days. Otherwise we will inform you about the delivery date (almost for items which are ordered by demand).

Will you also ship outside Switzerland ?
No. For now, we only ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

What are your the warranty terms ?
We are only working with brandname products. The warranty will be provived in accordance with the terms & conditions of the manufacturers.

How can i pay ?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Postcard, prepayment, Paypal and financing possibilities. Invoices are reserved to businesses, schools and institutions.
